Alexandrina Cheese specialise in hard-style jersey cheese and luxury jersey dairy products. We, the McCaul Family handcraft our produce here in our Mount Jagged factory from our single origin Jersey Milk. The Jersey herd of eighty cows live on the farm, so this means we utilise all of their milk into 40 tonnes of cheese. We welcome you to taste our handmade cheese, made exclusively with milk from our grass-fed Jersey cows.
Alexandrina Cheese is proudly the only producer of Edam in mainland. South Australian Alexandrina Cheddar achieved Champion status at the 2005 Australian Grand Dairy Awards, proudly making the best Cheddar in Australia.
